Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at asiatheedit@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back. Any items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will share the return address and instructions for sending your item back. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at asiatheedit@gmail.com as soon as possible with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom orders

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved), and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
